Rewards Program Policy: A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

We are at your service! If your order was damaged in transit, incorrect or missing items, please email us within (3) days of delivery. For fastest resolution, please include your Store Name and Order #. Please indicate if you prefer a replacement shipment or a store credit for your next order. Replacement shipments resulting from our fulfillment errors will be shipped within (1) business day. These shipments will be shipped at no cost to you using standard ground shipping service. We cannot be responsible for errors made by the buyer.

For damaged orders, please include photos of the shipping box, label and the damaged merchandise. Email support@denisealbright.com for assistance.

Authorized returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be made for eligible products less the cost of return shipping. To be eligible, each item must be in its original packaging, unopened, with no additional stickers or price tags and must be in a complete pack. Partial packs are not accepted. 

To authorize a return, please email us your Store Name, Order # and reason for your return. You may ship an authorized return using your own shipping account or request a return shipping label to be emailed to you. If the latter, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Unauthorized returns will not be credited or refunded. Refund or store credit for eligible products less return shipping, if applicable, will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned items.

All sales are not subject to a refund. Store credit will be issued for dated products. No refunds are given for unsold merchandise.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable including, but not limited to, all refused and undeliverable packages.

Cancellation Policy

Our rock star fulfillment team moves fast! We can accept cancellations made within (1) hour from the order being submitted. Please double check your order before submitting to avoid any need for cancellation or adjustments. We are not responsible for reshipping items if the wrong item, quantity or address is provided. 

No orders can be canceled once the shipping label has been created. 

Order changes or cancellations must be made through email. Please email support@denisealbright.com with your “Cancellation Request: [Your Order #]” in the subject line.

Q. Where is your distribution center located?

All shipments originate from our warehouse located in Lincolnton, NC 28092.
Q. Can you ship internationally?

No. We do not currently ship to any other location outside of the U.S.

Q. Do you have a minimum order amount requirement?

All orders require a minimum order amount of $100.
Q. Do you ship to military bases outside of the U.S.?

Yes, we can ship to any APO or FPO address.
Q. Can I mix & match product designs in a pack?

No. Unless otherwise noted, a pack includes (6) of the same product design.
Q. Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes! See listing for volume discounts starting at orders of 5 or more packs.
Q. What shipping services do you offer?

We ship via FedEx including ground and expedited services.
Q. How much is shipping?

All shipments are rate-shopped across major carriers for best rates. Actual shipping costs will be added to your order. All orders of $500 or more ship FREE.
Q. How do I make a return?

Transit times depend on your proximity from our warehouse in Lincolnton, NC 28092. Once your payment is finalized, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to be delivered.

Once final payment is received, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, sometimes the same day!

Q. Can I use my own shipping account?

No. To offer the most efficient fulfillment and best rates, we cannot use third party billing.
