WHOLESALE POLICY

As a member of the Denise Albright® Wholesale Group, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here. We reserve the right to discontinue the partnership with any retailer who fails to comply with these terms.

• Approved wholesale partners are authorized to sell on their store’s own website and/or in their brick-and-mortar location(s) only.
• Selling on third-party retail sites (Amazon, eBay, Walmart.com, Etsy, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
• Retailers must maintain, at a minimum, published recommended retail prices listed on DeniseAlbrightWholesale.com (log-in password sent upon vendor approval.)
• Retailers may offer products at a discounted price as part of a sales event, not to exceed 10 days per event or (3) events per year. Extended durations or additional events for non-dated products must be pre-approved.
• Retailers may choose to price products above recommended retail prices if desired.
• Retailers may not publish or otherwise disclose the wholesale price list to any 3rd party.
• Retailers may not share the password to access to DeniseAlbrightWholesale.com
• Retailers must provide a Resale Certificate #.
